Rice Bowl

Layer 1: White rice. 
Layer 2: ground beef cooked with.  paprika, salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. 
Layer 3: guacamole of choice. 
(Simple homemade guacamole- one avacado, 1 minced clove of garlic, diced tomato, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients in a bowl). 
Layer 4: sour cream. 
Layer 5: extra sharp grated cheddar.
