Honey Ham Hash

This is the perfect way the transform ham leftovers into a breakfast feast. Hash Directions: 1. Sauté half a red onion until translucent. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. 2. Add 2 roughly chopped red potatoes. Cover and cook until softened. 3. Add cubed pieces of honey ham and brown them slightly. 4. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. 5. Once the potatoes are browned the hash is complete. 6. Tightly pack hash into a bowl and turn it upside-down onto a plate. 7. Fry an egg to your taste. Lay it on top of the hash. 8. Crack a small amount of pepper and sea salt on top. 9. Enjoy :).

-bacon blanket
-sunny side up egg
-caramelized onions
-cheese

Home Fries:
-yellow and purple potatoes
-salt and pepper to taste
-hot sauce
-paprika

Rice Bowl

Layer 1: White rice. 
Layer 2: ground beef cooked with.  paprika, salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. 
Layer 3: guacamole of choice. 
(Simple homemade guacamole- one avacado, 1 minced clove of garlic, diced tomato, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients in a bowl). 
Layer 4: sour cream. 
Layer 5: extra sharp grated cheddar.

1.5lbs ground beef
1 large white onion, diced
1 jalapeno, diced (add another for more heat)
1 Red bell pepper, diced
Red Mill 13 bean soup mix
Chili powder, Paprika, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper
Brown the meat, drain well. Soak the beans, drain well and combine with meat and spices in large pot. Lightly fry onions, peppers, jalapenos and add to pot.
